Scope
Survey & space planning
Measured survey of the existing shell, space planning against your headcount and the way your teams actually work, and a layout you can sign before anything is ordered.
Partitioning & ceilings
Drywall and glazed partitioning, acoustic treatment where meeting rooms need it, suspended and feature ceilings with the access panels the services behind them will need.
Flooring & finishes
Raised access floors, vinyl, carpet tile and tiling, skirting, painting and decoration to a specified finish schedule.
Joinery & furniture
Reception desks, counters, storage and fitted joinery; supply and installation of workstations and seating where the fit-out includes furniture.
Power distribution
Distribution boards, small power and lighting circuits, containment and trunking, floor boxes and desk power, all tested and certified circuit by circuit.
Generator & UPS
Standby generator and UPS provision, changeover arrangements, load assessment and the separation of critical from general circuits so the servers ride through a cut.
Earthing & surge
Bonding, earthing and surge protection designed to IEC 62305 principles — the single most under-specified item in most Ghanaian fit-outs, and the cause of most avoidable equipment failure.
Phased remodelling
Refurbishment of occupied premises in phases, out of hours where required, so the business keeps trading while the work goes on around it.

- One site supervisor accountable for sequencing, so cabling is not pulled before containment is up and ceilings are not closed before testing.
- Electrical test certificates for every circuit, issued at handover rather than promised afterwards.

We do not close a ceiling before the services above it are tested.
It sounds obvious. It is also the single most common reason a fit-out overruns in its final fortnight, and it is why we hold the works and the systems on one contract rather than hoping two contractors coordinate themselves.
