GoSmart Infra Limited is a Ghanaian company registered under the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992), delivering technology infrastructure, equipment supply and managed support to corporate, institutional and public sector clients.

How we work

Seven stages, in this order

The seven colours in our mark are the seven stages of a build. We do not skip them, and we do not start one before the previous one is signed.

    Survey and brief

    We walk the site, measure what is there, and write down what you need it to do.

The obvious question

We are a new company. Here is why that is not your risk.

GoSmart Infra Limited was incorporated in 2026. You are entitled to ask what happens if we fail to deliver. Rather than talk around it, here is exactly how we take that risk off your desk. The company is new; the people are not — every stage above is run by people who have delivered the same work before, under other names and for other clients. We will provide referees on request.

  • Payment is staged against delivered milestones. You do not pay for work that has not been done.
  • Retention is held against the final payment until the defects period closes.
  • Workmanship is warranted for 12 months from handover, in writing, on every job.
  • We carry public liability and workmen’s compensation cover, and will name your premises on the policy where a contract requires it.
  • We will accept liquidated damages for delay in any contract where the programme is agreed in writing.
  • You get the Managing Director. Not a junior site agent and a monthly report — his mobile number, and his presence on your site.
  • Start us on a phase, not the whole floor. Judge the test results and the handover pack, then decide whether we get the rest.

Leadership

Elizabeth Larko Djabatey Yerenkyi

Managing Director

Twenty-five years of running deadline-critical productions and large public events. Supervising Producer at EIB Network, with earlier production careers at Charter House, Net 2, TV3 and Metro TV, holding approval over logistics, budgets and crew, and coordinating several producers running concurrently towards a single delivery. At GoSmart Infra she leads strategic direction, client relationships and commercial delivery.

Emmanuel Oppong

Director, Technology and Systems

A telecommunications engineer with over twenty years in electronics, fibre optic systems and technical service management. BSc Telecommunication Engineering (Regent University) and a Diploma in Fibre Optics from Alcatel-Lucent University. Formerly Care Manager at Nokia Care Ghana, Engineer at Samsung Service Centre, and Chief Technician at Atlantic Phones.

Gyasi Felix Bimpong

Site Supervisor and Projects Officer

Field execution lead, responsible for translating design into built work on site. HND Civil Engineering, Accra Technical University. Site supervision experience with Atlantic Holdings, South La Construction and the Youth Training Centre, and independent project engineering since 2020.

For each engagement we assemble the expertise the scope demands — electrical and mechanical consultants, security systems designers, architects and quantity surveyors. Core engineering disciplines are held in house; the rest are brought in project by project.

Assurance

Safety and quality

  • Method statement and risk assessment issued before mobilisation on every site.
  • Permit to work and safe isolation procedures observed for all electrical works.
  • Personal protective equipment mandatory for all personnel on site, ours and our subcontractors’.
  • Waste segregated and removed; electronic waste routed to responsible disposal.
  • Incidents and near misses logged and reported to the client contact within 24 hours.
