Most fit-outs are run by four separate contractors. The client absorbs every gap between them.
When the desks are occupied and the network will not come up, the works contractor points at the IT vendor, the IT vendor points at the cabling subcontractor, and the client project manager spends a fortnight arbitrating. We remove that problem by holding the entire scope on one contract, one programme and one warranty position.

The seven colours in our mark are the seven stages of a build. We do not skip them, and we do not start one before the previous one is signed.

We walk the site, measure what is there, and write down what you need it to do.

The handover pack is the test of a contractor. Ask anyone bidding against us for a sample. If the as-built drawings, the cabling test results, the asset register with serial numbers, the warranty certificates and the O&M manual are not all there, the installation is not finished — it has only been left.
The obvious question
We are a new company. Here is why that is not your risk.
GoSmart Infra Limited was incorporated in 2026. You are entitled to ask what happens if we fail to deliver. Rather than talk around it, here is how we take that risk off your desk.
- The company is new; the people are not. Every stage above is run by people who have delivered the same work before, for other clients. Judge the team, not the incorporation date.
- Payment is staged against delivered milestones. You do not pay for work that has not been done.
- Workmanship is warranted for 12 months from handover, in writing, on every job.
- We carry public liability and workmen’s compensation cover, and will name your premises on the policy where a contract requires it.
- Start us on a phase, not the whole floor. Give us the cabling on one floor, or the security system alone. Judge the test results and the handover pack, then decide whether we get the rest.

We survey the space at no cost, write down what we find, and come back with a specification and a price you can compare line by line. If our number is not competitive, you have lost nothing but half an hour.
